Bo Parfet, Principal has a strong financial and accounting
background. Bo completed a post-graduate research fellowship
at the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB). Bo
worked as an investment banker for Goldman Sachs and JP
Morgan, and has completed over $1 billion of transactions.
He has been a professional mountain climber and has reached
over 100 summits, including Mount Everest in 2007. Mr. Parfet has over 10 publications; his most recent book called
Die Trying: One Man's Quest to Conquer the Seven Summits was
published by American Management Association in February
2009. He serves on various boards, including the Gilmore
Foundation, Timmissartok Foundation and the Specialized
Language Development Center. Bo holds a BA in Economics from
Colorado State University, an MA in Applied Economics from
the University of Michigan, and an MBA from the Kellogg
School of Management. |

Bill
Bennett, Principal spent six years as an engineer,
project manager and as a direct manager at Active Power, a green
energy company that went from a zero revenue start-up to a
publicly traded company. Bill has been a successful principal
real estate investor over the past eight years, has worked for
two real estate private equity funds, was one of three members
of a senior housing developer with over $400 million of product
under development, and owns a profitable student housing
brokerage. Bill holds a BS in Engineering from Purdue
University, an MS in Engineering from Northwestern University,
and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. Mr. Bennett is
a member of the Urban Land Institute and Pension Real Estate
Association, and is an Faculty member in the Kellogg
School of Management’s Real Estate Program. |
