Bo Parfet (BA Economics, Colorado State; MA Economics, University of Michigan; MBA, Kellogg School of Management) has a strong financial and accounting background. Bo completed a post-graduate research fellowship at the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) and has worked as an investment banker for Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan. Bo has been a professional mountain climber; his ascent of Mount Everest in May of 2007 was the finale of successfully reaching the top of each of the “seven summits.”
Bill Bennett (BS Engineering, Purdue University; MS Engineering, Northwestern University; MBA, Kellogg School of Management) has a strong quantitative and project management background. Bill spent six years as an Engineer, Project Manager and a Direct Manager in a green energy company that went from a zero revenue start-up to a publicly traded company. Additionally, Bill has been a successful principal real estate investor over the past six years, has worked for two real estate private equity funds, spent the prior year underwriting a $335mm development and raising $65mm in equity in a three person development firm, and currently owns a profitable student housing brokerage.
